THE BRAYFORD BELLE IS BEING SOLD AS A VESSEL, NOT AS A BUSINESS. HOWEVER, THE VENDOR IS OPEN TO SELLING THE BUSINESS. PRICE ON APPLICATION.
The Brayford Belle has been operating as a commercial pleasure trip boat in Lincoln since 2000.
The vessel is set up on two decks.
The lower deck has access via the bow and stern from either side.
In the bow is bench seating on either side, a life raft and a door providing access to the saloon.
Aft is a large open deck space with additional bench seating with rear access to the main internal space and stairs to the upper sun deck.
As you enter the saloon, there is a small bar and service counter on the port side. Currently fitted with a coffee machine, small sink supplied by a large freshwater tank. (The water system has been tested by the Council and passed).
Opposite is a toilet compartment. This is a freshwater flush system to a holding tank.
The saloon space thereafter is open plan and has free standing tables and chairs. The saloon is full of natural light thanks to the sides being fully double glazed.
On both port and Stb side, there is a large central pane which opens allowing a lovely breeze on hot summers days.
Below the aft deck is the Leyland 80ho 4 cyl diesel engine. Brayford Belle is also equipped with a Kohler Marine 11Kw generator.
There are several bilges too which also provide large additional storage.

Moving to the upper deck.
Access is only gained from the aft Stb side. Once p stairs, there are back-to-back benches, safety perimeter rails and a detachable sun canopy.
Moving forward takes you to the elevated helm station.

The Brayford Belle was Surveyed by the MCA on the 23/1/2024 and is valid for a total of five years. The Safety Management Certificate – Domestic (Non-SOLAS) expires on the 13/02/2027.

The Brayford Belle could be purchased with a view of operating as a passenger boat as per her classification, converting to a floating café or converting to a liveaboard.

The electrical system was checked and passed in 2023 with evidence.
MCA carried out an Out of water inspection in March 2023 and passed the MCA Standards.
Antifouled March 2023.
Engine and generator service sheet included and approved by the MCA.

Class V The vessel can only engage on voyages in Category A,B,C waters.
1x Life raft (Carries 65). This is a HIRE life raft and is NOT Part of the boats inventory. It will need to be returned to the hire company in Sept 2024.
